How Much Food(calories) Your Body Requires Daily To Be Healthy Life Long??


For Men:
  Calories Required =66.47+(13.75*Weight In Kg)+(5*Height In Cm)-(6.75*Age In Years)

For Women:
  Calories Required=665+(9.56*Weight In Kg)+(1.84*Height In Cm)-(4.67*Age In Years)


Example:Men With 78kgs 171 Cm's 23 Age

66.47+(13.75*78)+(5*171)-(
6.75*23)=1839 Calories Per Day...

If Exercise Very Lightly Then 1839*1.2=2207

If Light Exercise Then 1839*1.375=2528

If Average Then 1839*1.55=2850 Calories

If Heavy Exercise Then 1839*1.725=3172 Calories.....

BMI (Body Mass index)=Weight in kgs/Metere*metere(height)

Example=60kgs,Height 6 feet ie equal to 180centimeters =1.8metere

BMI=60kgs/(1.8)(1.8)=18.5......

  • BMI 25 to 30=Overweight
